A humongous monitor system from Humanscale

There’s no doubt that many people would agree that there’s no “too big” when talking about LCD displays. But really you have to draw the line somewhere. Take this latest contraption from the folks down at Humanscale, or more exactly the Paramount Parabolic Multi-Monitor Display; a rack formed out of a whooping 8 monitors. One has to wonder what use could someone find for such a device? I’ve always wish for watching two ballgames at the same time, while learning how to cook a turkey on the Cooking Channel and watching Seinfeld.

I have seen 2 side by side 4 monitor units (8 in total off one pc) used before for large scale projects, the one i most recently witnessed was an architect using this set up to build a multi level water filtration plant in Monroe WA
