Plasma is slowly but surely becoming the next big thing for television sets. Panasonic’s latest plasma screen is the TC-P54Z1. This 54-inch plasma screen will deliver a stunning HDTV experience thanks to the Full 1080p HD capability, 24Hz Cinematic Playback, a 40,000:1 contrast ratio and THX Certification. Another incredible thing to mention is it’s thickness: one inch !
Last but not least, it has a wireless HDMI connection so that no matter what you throw at it, there won’t be any problems with the video or audio from DVDs, Blue-rays or whatever. Not only that, it also features a VIERA Link Internet anda VIERA Link SD card reader. So be prepared to say goodbye to cables except for the power adapter cable.
Now comes the bad part: the Z1′s price tag is almost six thousand dollars. Of course, we knew it was going to be expensive, but we didn’t expect it to be THIS expensive.
