New Mac Pro Series with Nehalem Flavour

This week Apple has updated the Mac Pro series with the Nehalem. Two flavours are available for the new Apple Mac Pro: the base model, featuring a 2.66Ghz Intel Xeon Nehalem CPU, 3GB of RAM, a GeForce GT120 GPU from nVidia with 512MB of memory and a 640GB hard drive. This model is priced beginning at $2,499.

The second model is the high end version with performance in mind. It features two Quad Core Intel Xeon Nehalem processors at 2.66Ghz, 6GB of RAM, the same GeForce GT120 GPU and 640GB hard drive. The prices for this model will start at $3,299.

Both versions are available for purchase at the Apple Store.
