The easiest way to make money

If someone asks you which is the easiest and quickest way to get rich, you more then certainly answer him playing the lottery. Maybe, but what are the odds of winning at the lottery? Isn’t it more simple to take advantage of the stupid patent legislation? Changes are a lot bigger to get wealthy this way, as opposed to lottery.

Someone, it isn’t specified who, had the brilliant idea of patenting the smart phone. It’s true, however, that it hasn’t been registered under “smartphone,” but on the patent device description stands written “a mobile entertainment and communication device.” Next day after they received the patent, the respective individual sued every company producing smart phones, on grounds that they’re all violating his patent. Apple, Nokia,HP, Motorola, Helio, HTC, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and many more, found themselves under a law suit over night, by the smart phone patent owner.

Evidently, the whole action takes part in the US. Is there any need to play the lottery ?
