Microsoft fights back iPhone with sheer power

The iPhone hype managed to bring a big part of the consumers out there into a frenzy, but if there’s one thing Microsoft knows best, it’s how to fight back threats; and when you’re up against Microsoft, you have a titanic battle in front of you. There were 4.3m Windows Mobile phones sold in the past six months alone! Now that’s a bit of a response, I guess. Microsoft says the strong performance is based on sales of over a million BlackJacks and over two million HTC Touch phones, and that it expects to hit 20m WinMo phones sold by June. When we consider the great phones they’re getting out, that numbers is probably not going to go down; and that’s a lot of phones!
