BlackBerry Bold R020 said to appear in October

Leaks from RIM suggest BlackBerry Bold R020 the sccesor of BlackBerry Bold 9700. There are rumors that the guys from Research in motion will launch the R20 Bold by the end of October. Though R020′s design will remain similar to the 9700, some improvements will make it different from it’s predecessor, doubled RAM memeory this one comes with 512MB, a higher resoulutin camera of 5 megapixel ecquiped with AF and Flash. The 624MHz clockspeed hasn’t changed. Same operating system as the BB Torch, BlackBerry 6 , though the 2.44-inch 480 x 360 screen has no toughscreen feature we will enjoy the same QWERTY keyboard , WiFi and GPS.
