Sharp is planning to offer us the coolest gift at the end of this year , a glasses-free 3D smartphone with 3D camera . Despite being the largest phone maker company in Japan Sharp Corp has not yet extended globally very much, their initiative with Kin model in the US was overwhelmed by the great competition in smartphone industry, but they are getting back with the 3D phone.
The working principle of viewing 3D is to generate separate images for each eye and because people have a tendency to use mobile devices from fixed distances and angles, made it possible for Sharp to build a 3D mobile phone that can be used without special glasses.
The Japanese company intends to outrun the leaders of smartphone market as one of the spokesman declared for Reuters.
“Sharp Corp plans to take on Apple’s iPhone by the end of the year, with the international launch of a smartphone featuring a 3D panel that can be viewed without special glasses” .
Everybody is waiting excited for the launch of Sharps new gadget which will probably be strategically set just before 2010 winter holidays.
