Watch a video of HTC’s new 4.3-inch Desire HD smartphone

Details, a few photos and even a video of HTC upcoming smartphone, the HTC Desire HD, have leaked recently. The famous smartphone manufacturer has yet to confirm officially any of these, but whenever was that a sign for us to stop giving out the latest scoop?

Apparently, the HTC Desire HD will be very similar to its previous model, the high-end HTC EVO 4G only this time, the Desire will be for GSM-based carriers. From what we can tell, the Desire HD will feature a 4.3-inch WVGA (800 x 640) touchscreen, an 8 megapixel camera (dual LED flash), 4 GB of internal memory and will run on Google Android 2.2 with a 1GHz processor all wrapped inside an unibody aluminum casing.

Since the HTC Desire HD has yet to be confirmed officially, pricing and a firm release date is still out of grasp, but rumors have it that  it could see the light of day sometime in October. We’ll keep you posted.
