Simple SMS hack could criple ANY iPhone out there

iPhone SMS
Just go ahold of some pretty dire news for iPhone users everywhere. Seems there’s a pretty big bug in the iPhone’s SMS system which, when exploited, can expose the phone to any kind of vulnaribility, including camera, dialer, messaging and Safari. Every model, be it 2G, 3G or 3Gs are effected.
The technique is quite simple, which makes it even more frightening as any two bit hacker can tap in. According to experts Charlie Miller and Collin Mulliner, speaking at the recent Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas, only one unusual text character or else a series of “invisible” messages that confuse the phone are enough to open the phone.
How can you block these kind of attacks? You can’t. The only thing you can do is close your phone or block every number in the world … Yeah, thought so too.
“Someone could pretty quickly take over every iPhone in the world with this,” Miller claimed to Forbes on Wednesday.
That’s not all, folks. There’s an extra iPhone vulnaribility, that’s been know for a while though, which involves sending a string of SMS messages that causes the iPhone to go offline for 10 seconds at time, very similar to vulnaribilities in the Google Android and Windows Mobile.
