External iPhone microfone may get you x10 better reception

The iPhone 3GS‘ built in mic can be very useful for things like taking notes, conducting interviews or just recording stuff. Thing is, it’s not quite the most potent receiving device out-there, such is the case that most people might find it limiting.
It seems, however, that Brando offers quite the viable solutions, claiming their practicle iPhone extension can get a user as much as x10 times better reception. I find it quite a tad exagerated, claiming it can enhance by 10 times the amount, however I’m pretty sure it can beat even two times the normal reception rate, and that is definitely worth 14$ (it’s price tag) for a lot of people.
