Google Android, the star from 3GSM
Tue, Feb 12, 2008
A while back we told you all about the first Google Android prototypes, now the real thing hit the 3GSM Mobile World Congress stalls, at the biggest mobile phone expo in the world, in double action actually. The Texas Instruments and NEC stands each hosted a Google Android prototype. This is Google’s main advantage at first hand, having a lot of allies in their attempt to launch on the market, even this year, the much awaited phone.
Both prototypes are built around 500 MHz processors, and those who’ve had the chance to test them were surprised by the high operating speed. Both the two producers, as well as Google aren’t very keen on giving any info at the moment on the issue. Till then, check out some pics.
